MY DEAR STRAWBERRIES — CARE GUIDE
You have just received a strawberry bouquet. It is almost too pretty to eat, and the first question is usually the same: how long will it last? This guide covers everything from the moment it arrives to the last strawberry.

How Long Does a Strawberry Bouquet Last?
— At room temperature: up to 6 hours, away from direct sunlight and warm, enclosed spaces.
— In the refrigerator: about 1 to 2 days. We recommend enjoying it as soon as you can.
A strawberry bouquet is a romance with a time limit. Its beauty and sweetness are meant for the moment, much like the feeling behind it.
What to Do When It Arrives
1. Keep the wrapping on
The wrapping is designed to hold and protect the strawberries. Leave it in place while you admire and photograph the bouquet.
2. Find a cool, airy spot
Avoid sunny windowsills, car trunks and stuffy rooms. In a cool, well-ventilated room the strawberries stay at their best for about 6 hours.
3. Refrigerate if you will not finish it today
Place the bouquet gently in the refrigerator at 4–7°C. This keeps it for 1 to 2 days, though the texture may soften slightly.
4. Rinse just before eating
Rinse each strawberry gently under clean water, pat dry and enjoy. There is no need to remove the stem. Washing in advance softens the skin, so wait until you are ready to eat.
How to Refrigerate It Properly
— Keep the original structure. The wrapping holds each strawberry in place, so refrigerate the bouquet as it is to prevent bruising.
— Store it upright. The bouquet is built to stand, so keep it upright and lean it against something stable.
— Keep it away from strong smells. Strawberries absorb odours easily.
— Never freeze it. Frozen strawberries release water when thawed and lose their texture.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a strawberry bouquet be kept overnight?
Yes, in the refrigerator. The strawberries may soften slightly but usually stay sweet. For the best taste, enjoy it within 24 hours.
I am passing it on as a gift. Anything to note?
Keep it cool in transit and avoid leaving it in a car for long. Remind the recipient to refrigerate it or enjoy it within 6 hours.
How should I care for the flowers?
The fresh flowers, such as baby’s breath or roses, need different care from the strawberries. Trim the stems and place them in water, or simply enjoy them at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
Can I cook with the strawberries?
Of course. Slice them onto cream toast, blend them into strawberry milk, make jam, or simply dip them in the condensed milk included with your My Dear strawberries bouquet.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. We deliver across Taiwan with a morning slot (before 13:00) or an afternoon slot (14:00–17:00). For holidays, please order 5 to 7 days in advance.
Why a Strawberry Bouquet Is Different
A flower bouquet lasts 3 to 7 days. A strawberry bouquet lasts a day or two, so why choose it? Because it delights both the eyes and the palate. The moment it arrives is a visual surprise, and then each fresh, sweet strawberry is there to be enjoyed, something no flower bouquet can offer.
Its short life is part of the ritual. It is not an ornament to keep on a shelf, but a sweet moment to share right away.
