Payment Methods:Credit Card (Online Payment)

We offer secure online credit card payment through PAYNOW. All transactions are encrypted using SSL 128-bit security and are transmitted directly to the acquiring bank. My Dear strawberries does not store any credit card data. Once the issuing bank approves the payment, you will receive confirmation on our website.

Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB (domestic and international)

After clicking “Submit Order”, you will be redirected to the secure payment page. Please enter your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV). If authorization is successful, you will see a “Thank You for Your Order”message. If not, an error message will appear—please contact your bank for details.

3D Secure Authentication

This security feature is provided by Visa, MasterCard, and JCB to ensure safe online transactions.

• If your bank offers a static password, please register and set it on the issuing bank’s website.

• If your bank uses dynamic password (OTP), you will receive a verification code via SMS during checkout. Please ensure your mobile number registered with the bank is valid.

If payment fails due to 3D Secure verification, it may be due to:

• Incorrect password entry

• System congestion or timeout

• Insufficient credit limit

• Unstable internet connection

We suggest trying again or contacting your issuing bank for assistance.

Bank Transfer

We also accept bank transfers via PAYNOW, which supports various banks. Bank account information will be provided during checkout.Convenience Store Payment (for select products only)

We offer both two-part and three-part official invoices.

If you require a business tax ID (Uniform Invoice Number), please leave the relevant information and the recipient’s mailing address in the remarks section.

Shipping & delivery


In-Store & Online Customer Service Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Any temporary changes will be announced on our social media platforms.

Standard Orders:

Please place your order and complete payment at least 5 days before the delivery date.

For in-store pickup, please order and pay at least 3 days in advance.

For major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), orders must be placed and paid 7 days in advance.

Rush Orders:

If you need a bouquet on the same day or the next day, please call us during business hours at 02-37652720 for personalized assistance.

Note on Strawberry Bouquets:

Due to seasonal variations and other uncontrollable factors, the size and appearance of strawberries may differ from those in the photos. If the strawberries are smaller than shown, we will increase the quantity to match the visual fullness of the photo.

Note on Fresh Flowers:

In case of seasonal shortages or other unavoidable factors, we will substitute flowers with equivalent seasonal blooms to maintain the same aesthetic.

Vases & Accessories:

If the vases or accessories shown in the photos are out of stock, they will be replaced with suitable alternatives.

Delivery Information

Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

We offer two delivery time slots throughout Taiwan:

• Morning (before 1:00 PM)

• Afternoon (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

If you have specific delivery time requirements, please leave a note in your order, contact us via the “Contact Us” form on our website, send a direct message to our My Dear strawberries Facebook page or Instagram, or call our store. A dedicated staff member will assist you.

Kind Reminder:

If you choose Black Cat Delivery Service and the delivery address is in a remote area, the logistics company may experience a delay of 1–2 days due to delivery conditions. If you need the gift to arrive on a specific date, we recommend placing your order in advance.

Each bouquet order can only be signed for by one recipient. If multiple recipients are listed at the same address, it will be considered separate orders.

Delivery fees cover one-time delivery only per transaction.

Please make sure the recipient’s information is complete and that someone will be available at the delivery address during the chosen time slot.

Additional fees will apply for redelivery or address modifications.

Order tracking


Online OrderingSelect the desired product > Add to cart > Fill in order details > Sign up / Log in > Choose payment method > Complete order.

If you are not yet a member, you can become one by filling out the order form and entering a preset username and password. You can also sign up using your Facebook account. Once registered, you will become a permanent member.

If you are already a member, simply log in during checkout.

In-store OrderingYou are welcome to place an order at the My Dear strawberries physical store.

We recommend messaging us via Facebook or Instagram, or calling in advance to make an appointment.

Strawberry bouquet production time will depend on the size and complexity of the design. On-site orders will require a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes.

Sales & refunds


Order Inquiry:Click “Login” at the top right of the homepage > “My Account” > “Orders” to check your order details.

Modify Order:To modify an order, please contact us during business hours at 02-37652720 or send a private message to:

• “My Dear strawberries” Facebook fan page or Instagram, Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Modifications within 48 hours of delivery are not accepted.

Cancel Order:  More than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery timeYou may cancel the order and receive 100% store credit (no expiration).

If you prefer a refund, a 5% payment processing fee may be deducted depending on the refund method.

• 72 to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time30% material handling fee will be charged.

• Less than 48 hours before deliveryOrder cancellations are not accepted.Cancel Order

Product Complaints: If the product is defective or you are dissatisfied with our service, please take photos and contact us within 8 hours of product arrival.

We cannot provide compensation for reports made after this period.
