Q: What is a strawberry bouquet, and how is it different from a regular bouquet?
A strawberry bouquet replaces traditional flowers like roses with fresh strawberries, arranged alongside baby's breath, eucalyptus, and other botanicals by our artisan florists. The signature feature is simple: the bouquet is edible. Recipients get to enjoy both the visual beauty of a handcrafted arrangement and the sweetness of fresh strawberries — a double surprise for the eyes and the taste buds.
Q: What occasions are strawberry bouquets suitable for?
Strawberry bouquets are perfect for birthdays, Valentine's Day (Feb 14), May 20th, Qixi, Mother's Day, graduations, proposals, confessions, anniversaries, and gifts between friends. Birthdays and Valentine's Day are our most popular occasions — the bouquet's surprise factor and wow-worthy presentation make any moment unforgettable.
Q: What's the difference between a Taiwan strawberry bouquet and a Japanese one?
Our bouquets use locally grown Taiwan strawberries (season: December to April) — fresh, naturally sweet, and excellent value from NT$1,499. Japanese strawberry bouquets use air-freighted Japanese strawberries at a premium price (usually NT$3,000+), emphasising top-tier quality and luxury positioning. My Dear Strawberries offers multiple price tiers with outstanding quality-to-price ratio compared to imported options.
CARE — HOW TO STORE YOUR BOUQUET
Q: How long does a strawberry bouquet last?
At room temperature, the bouquet stays fresh for about 6 hours. Refrigerated, it keeps for up to 2 days. For the best flavour, we recommend enjoying it on the day of delivery or the following day.

Q: What's the best way to store a strawberry bouquet?
Keep the bouquet upright in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight. If refrigerating, place it in the crisper drawer. Before eating, simply rinse the strawberries under cold running water.

Q: Do I need to unwrap the bouquet when I receive it?
Not necessarily. If enjoying on the same day, you can keep the original packaging on while displaying it. To store overnight, gently place the bouquet upright in the crisper drawer as-is. When ready to eat, unwrap and rinse the strawberries before serving.

Q: How far in advance should I order?
For standard orders, please complete payment at least 5 days before your desired delivery date (3 days for in-store pickup). For major holidays — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas — we strongly recommend ordering 10 days ahead, as popular designs sell out quickly. For same-day or next-day express delivery, please call us during business hours: +886-2-3765-2720.
Q: I'm in a hurry — can you deliver same-day or next-day?
Yes. For urgent occasions, please call us during business hours at +886-2-3765-2720 and we'll do our best to arrange same-day or next-day express delivery. An express order may incur a small express service fee depending on the delivery area and time slot; our team will confirm the exact cost with you before proceeding — so even a last-minute gift arrives on time and beautifully.
*Express delivery applies mainly to strawberry bouquets & floral arrangements (Taiwan main island only). Chocolates ship nationwide / convenience-store pickup and are not available for same-day delivery.
Q: Can I add a greeting card to my order?
Absolutely! Simply write your message in the order notes field at checkout and we'll include an elegant card with your bouquet. You can also add a branded gift card from our "Accessories, Cards & Chocolates" category to make your gift even more complete.
Q: Can I specify a delivery time?
Yes! Nationwide delivery offers two time slots: morning (before 13:00) or afternoon (14:00–17:00). Select your preferred delivery date and slot at checkout. For special requests, leave a note in the order comments or call +886-2-3765-2720 and our team will assist you personally.
Q: Do you deliver across Taiwan?
Yes! We offer nationwide home delivery across Taiwan. In-store pickup is also available at our Taipei flagship store (No. 2, Alley 16, Lane 72, Section 4, Bade Road, Songshan District, Taipei; Mon–Sat 11:00–19:00). Choose your preferred delivery slot so the bouquet arrives at exactly the right moment.

Gift box sets typically include a branded premium gift box and a tube of condensed milk. Unlike the strawberry bouquets, Floral M pieces are pure floristry — designed for those who appreciate refined craftsmanship and want a keepsake that lasts.

Q: What if there's a problem with my order when it arrives?
If you receive a defective item, please take photos and contact us within 8 hours of delivery. We will respond within 24 business hours and arrange a remedy.
